    Please…Come Back…
I have listened to you guys since David Cummings sent me your way from No Sleep. You had just started the series then….I have listened and re-listened, and re-listened, and RE-LISTENED. Please….come back and drop season 5! I love using Apple Podcasts but I’m starting to get desperate now. 😭

    Miss you folks
Just wanted to say that I love your show and have since the inception. I’ve listened, re-listened, re-re-listened and am currently, re-re-re-listening to the whole series again! Are y’all on Patreon by chance? I have looked but am unable to find anything. I can only hope for another (several dozen) seasons, and I would love to help any way I can/could! Merry Christmas to all of y’all and Happy New Years to the lot of ya!!!!

A lot of fluff to get to stories
The stories themselves are excellent, but you’ll need to skip through the forced, over-acted dialogue in the beginning of each episode. It’s 10 minutes of annoying drivel before you get to the story.

    Terrific Stories!
High quality audio horror featuring an absolutely stacked cast of revolving voice talent. If you're looking for a new horror series. This is it

    Good show, infuriating adverts
Not only are most of the adverts for gambling/casinos, but they are the absolute worst. Annoying, grating, and repetitive. The show is probably a *4 show or better, but the adverts make the podcast as a whole almost something not worth listening to.

    No more Grey Rooms?
This and NoSleep are my top two podcasts, and I listen to a LOT of podcasts! LOL but I am gringing concerned after 6 months plus of no content! I haven't been able to afford Patreon, and I've been busy with work things so haven't had time to check the Discord, so if I'm missing something obvious, I apologize, but if this podcast has disappeared, I may cry! It would be a shame. Here's hoping that's not the case! Keep up the amazing work!

Creepy and I love the production value
Good stories and sounds really good! Update as of S1E13 I felt the absolute despair as a father - in real life, I wanted to lay down and die because of empathizing with Raymond. Also, because you guys talked about this in behind the door, I thought I’d leave something like this - I did kinda have a hard time listening to Behind the Door at the start, but I’m REALLY enjoying the Behind the Door for S1E13. I’m listening to all of this post COVID so I have to imagine that will have pushed things together even better as people relied on and used the tech more. Bravo! So much left to listen to and I’m so excited. Finally, you’ve mentioned how David Cummings is inspiration for starting this podcast - I found this after binging all of NoSleep and having such a hard time getting the monkey off my back for more of the same content. This is the first I’ve found to really scratch that itch after a lot of failed attempts with other shows. Amazing.

    Pretty good
Hooked from the beginning. Good writing. Good acting. My only problem was the drinking sound effect. I never knew I was so sensitive to the sound of someone loudly slurping a drink but apparently I am. As much as I liked everything else, I just can’t get past it.
  • Durty4444
    Meta-narrative heavy
The production value, voice acting, and stories are all excellent. Unfortunately, I could not care less about the meta-narrative and that seems to be all the show is about after season 2.
  • IbsinRG
    Creepy Good
So far so good! Gives me Twilight Zone meets SCP Archives, but the creativity of the stories themselves are really creepy!

    Creativity at it's best
If you haven't listened and love horror with small slices of humor you are missing one of best horror fiction podcasts out today. Sadly, I binged seasons 1 and 2 and now I'm stuck like most of us anxiously awaiting the next episode. Thankfully, I was able to afford ”The Grey Rooms” on Patreon. Next to Patreon, I would get the podcast on Spotify. The premise of ”The Grey Rooms ” seems simple at first glance, but from episode to episode will have you perseverating on the various ways we can die. Each season has a protagonist. We follow the protagonist through various doors and into a season’s worth of excellently written horror. The production of each episode outclasses many in the horror genre. Immersive episodes allow the listener to be there with our protagonist. The voice acting 🎭 talents know exactly what they are doing and professionally take on each persona as the writers’ intended. Personally, I have heard Graham Rowatt on a number of podcasts. I am always amazed at the different ways he can use his voice to perfection. I first heard him on ”The No Sleep ” podcast. And it was David Cummings of ”The No Sleep” podcast who suggested ”The Grey rooms. Each season has the grey room in a different location which adds to the reality and the creativity of the writers. I think that's enough of my glowing review of ”The Grey Rooms. Give it a listen and tell me you didn't fall in love with the premise, the production, and the acting. I promise if you don't like it, I will have to find you (or the warden will find you) and you will be stuck inside the grey rooms. Thank you again, David Cummings, of the No Sleep podcast for telling your listeners about the grey rooms, even if you did it because you act in some of them. ☠️😈 Sincerely and forever yours, Laura Lupinetti

Disgustingly sick and twisted sick podcast
Listened to episode 1, and deleting this mindless twisted worthless podcast!
  • goregirl91
    Love it!
I came from a referral from David Cummings on the No Sleep Podcast and so glad I did! This is also an excellent podcast! The the behind the door episodes where we get to hear writers and actors in their opinions and feelings on the story is really cool too!
  • jskvkowkdjcusjf
    Great improvement
Season 2 was pretty rough but the shift from season 3 to 4 has been great and there is a clear dedication to improving content.
  • shampoobananahammock
    Consistently great!
This podcast doesn’t disappoint. The acting and sound design are solid, and the stories are heartbreaking and terrifying.

    Best. Horror. Stories. Ever.
I recently started listening to this show while doing work but eventually had to listen to it on my own time due to not being able to focus and I would get engrossed within the story. The audio compliments the story, and the story compliments the audio, I can hear and FEEL every horrific bone crunch, every petrifying squish, and it makes it feel all so real in way which is hard to clarify in just text. The actors play the roles so well I forget they are actors and not the ACTUAL character, and the performance is oh, so splendid. It makes me feel the pain and sorrow the characters experience, and it makes me can’t wait what happens next, I am on the edge of my seat for every story and every story to come.

    NOISY
I listen to podcasts for relaxation. So many sound effects and horrid music makes these otherwise good stories unlistenable. My iPhone and iPad do not have the capabilities to make the overreaching attempts at the sound possible. Instead, it just sets my dogs to howling. Sad.

This is a stand out podcast
The plot of this show is very creative. The writing and the voice acting is great. PS if you don’t bring Bob back we riot.
  • Ry'ale
    Hope they bring bob back

    What happened
I’m missing the admiral Beckett season for some reason on Apple podcast I can’t find the season with admiral Beckett please help
  • Eliteslash77
Wonderfully Dreadful and exceptional community too!
I love this podcast! It’s set up is simple enough with wonderful execution. In having an ongoing storyline on top of each anthology episode it’s a real storytelling treat that always has something new each time to keep you hooked. On top of the on air content the production team has cultivated an exceptional community hub for listeners, writers, and production team members to mingle. I have talked and worked with some of the authors and played games with other listeners, writers, and one of the creators of the show. Hands down one of the best horror podcasts out there

Deserves more stars than can fit on this screen
There is no earthly language that has or ever will exist that can express this podcast. I truly cannot convey the insanity that is this podcast. I have come to both love and hate these writers. I mean, my god. Or the opposite. Also, please make a new season about The Architect. They’re a really interesting character and I’m interested in their backstory

    Must listen
If you’re a horror fan you have to listen this podcast. Just awesome.
  • AlisenB
    Really confusing
This is super confusing. And no, I’m not stupid, this podcast jumps around way to much to keep track of the main story line. It’s too confusing. I’m bummed out because i really wanted to like it. 😞
  • grneies
    Jaw dropping
Just finding podcast by accident. My library is full of horror and thrillers with The Gray Room becoming the shinny Gem of them all. High standards for the other podcasts to follow. Great musical atmosphere, amazing voice actors with a extra touch of obvious professional talents in the arsenal of gray rooms writers, voice actors, musicians and editors. Hard to pick one out of all the Gray rooms dishes of tasty stories. Picking one out of the hat as an example of the combinations of theses talents would be The Last Train.
  • S.D.Smith
    amazing
You should do another episode with Raymond in it. I really like Raymond maybe the admiral could meet Raymond. Maybe could even involve the warden. Spot the difference. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙃🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

    My favorite spooky podcast!
I look forward to new episodes to this podcast more than any other! Gets better every season!

    A must listen
A combo of horror and some slight sci-fi/fantasy. Season 1 had me hooked. Season 2 was astonishing, I can’t believe how much season 3 has blown me away! The progression has gotten so intense I can’t wait for more!!!
  • Gonzo151
    Awesome
    Listen Listen Listen!!!!!!

Could be perfect with a few changes
I love the story, love the format, love the actors. Listened to the whole series in a week. However the sound is kinda off. Characters voices are totally different volumes. whenever there’s a beeping, booping, or repetitive noise it’s always very loud and goes on for some time.
  • The Ro-Man's Games
    Good solid podcast.
I ran into this podcast during the end of their 2nd season and I was hooked. I have since caught up and now I can’t wait till the next show drops! Only down side to catching up with a great show’s back log is the waiting for new shows! Keep up the great work.
  • jhu11
    Minor complaints
I love the premise. The stories are great. The actors are fantastic. It is totally worth listening to. But... There is a LOT of wasted time on musical interludes and just super long pauses. More than once I’ve had to check my phone to see if the story is still playing or the app haS failed.
  • Miss Ginger 58
    Stop the writers episodes.
No one wants the how it’s made dialog episodes.
  • Zoar 11123
    New favorite.
Heard about this podcast through the NoSleep pod, my previous favorite. I’ve been a long time listener to horror podcast and since I’ve started this one a couple weeks ago I haven’t listened to any of my others. Excellent short stories and I love the main storylines with Bob, he’s great! Almost done season 2 now, I don’t know what I’m gonna do once I have to start waiting for new episodes, keep up the great work gang!
  • pscalf85
    Gory and glorious!
I’m super stoked I found this podcast! I was recommended to this show from David Cummings from the NoSleep community. The Grey Rooms is scary, entertaining and very immersive. I’ve binged all the episodes from the first two seasons and I am about to embark on the highly anticipated 3rd season. Wish me luck, I think I’m gonna need it. I love this podcast and I wanna thank Jason Wilson and the whole crew for the wonderful escapism. Keep up the great work, and I hope to never visit the Grey Rooms myself...

    Absolutely incredible
Season 3 This is one of the very few podcasts that gets better with age. So far, this season has been mind blowing. At the time of this review episode six has just aired. It’s amazing. I’m going to sign up on the Patreon. This program deserves our support. I haven’t found an audio horror podcast this good in years. I love this show so much. Is masterfully performed and the wiring is incredible.

    Sophomore slump
Season 1 was brilliant. I enjoyed the stories but more than that really loved the storyline of the man choosing the door. Being tormented. Season 2, however... I’m midway through the season and the individual stories are mostly good but I couldn’t care any less about Sam. She’s at all times like one step away from asking for a manager. Her poor-me stuff is ridiculous and honestly just comes across as the “fake strong” type that is actually just a brat. Kinda forcing my way through the season and hoping season 3 picks it back up. Three stars to average out. Season 1 was five stars but season 2 is just one so far
  • B1akb1rd
    Excellent
Heard about this show from The No Sleep Pod. This show is great. Great short stories and the continuous story arc is good as well.

    One of those rare gems
It really stands out as a masterpiece.

    My new favorite podcast
I absolutely love this podcast! Season one had me hooked off the bat. I loved the relationship between Samantha and Bob in Season 2. I don’t why but I adore Bob and Todd beyond measure! I cannot get enough and have already binge listened twice in 2 months it’s that worthy
  • Loksr
    An excellent horror podcast
I love this podcast! The acting, sound design, and music are excellent. The settings and overarching narratives are gripping, and the variety of stories is tremendous. I absolutely recommend this podcast to anyone looking for more horror fiction in their lives!

    Okay
Update on 12/6 from original review. Season 3 so far is much improved Season 2. 4 stars. Season 1 was amazing , Season 2 is just not good. At all.
  • Shiirraa
    Too much music for me
I tried to get into this podcast because I thought it would be like The Darkest Night Podcast. That was amazing binaural audio experience without all the unnecessary and extra loud music. Just my opinion.
  • AlaskaGreen
    Horrificly Amazing
I adore this podcast. The stories are incredibly and often so unexpected. I can’t wait to consume more. Great for keeping me on task at work and with headphones I won’t scare the crap out of my coworkers.
  • ladyhawk!!
Yes, I know it’s Halloween, but....
I’m on acid and this is hands down the best podcast EVER. Not even slightly joking. BRAVO!!!!
